Beginners Hatha Yoga class Wednesday 7:30 – 8:30pm

Weekly classes for any individual who would like to start on their yoga practice journey, an hour learning the foundations of the practice, breathing techniques- supporting improved posture, relaxation, mindfulness, inner body strength and flexibility.

An hour dedicated to you and only you, if you are looking to restart your well being journey this is the ideal starting point.

Clear guided instructions to all poses, in your own time and at your own pace.
(Yoga is ideal for any stage of fitness)

All mats, blocks, straps to support flexibility are available, so all you need is comfortable clothing.
