Join Michelle from Palo Santo Yoga for Mum and Baby Yoga every Wednesday 11:30-12:30

Mum and Baby Yoga is a great way to gently ease yourself back into exercise after the birth of your baby, while at the same time yoga can help strengthen the bond , while having fun with your baby. As a registered Midwife who has completed 200hours of yoga training to become a qualified yoga teacher, together we can work on strengthening those muscles which are specifically affected during pregnancy and birth. Due to the nature and content of our Mum and Baby classes, they are only for mums and therefore a great way to meet other mums and babies.

Call I ask is that you wait 6-8 weeks after delivery before attending classes.
