Join Michelle from Palo Santo Yoga every Sunday evening 6-7pm.

Why not end the weekend with some self-care and prepare for the brand new week ahead?

Vinyasa is a beautiful style of yoga in which each posture flows into the next and is linked very closely with our breath. This allows us to cleanse mind, body and soul simultaneously.

Classes are suitable for all levels including beginners.
