NE1 is owned and operated by Amanda Affleck who has 25 years experience in the Health & Fitness industry and Gemma Harrison who has 10 years experience in the Health & Fitness industry.
As experienced and friendly instructors we will motivate, encourage and drive you to be the best possible version of yourself. Whether you want to lose weight, increase your fitness levels or simply come along and have some fun then NE1 is the place for you.
We have classes for everyone; from beginners looking to start on their fitness journey to advanced classes for customers who want to be pushed harder and are looking for that extra push.
