Tabata is a high intensity interval training that consists of 8 sets of fast paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds intersperced with a brief rest of 10 seconds and one of the most effect types of interval training.
Each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss or both, this class will provide what you are looking for.
